Polestar Premium uses a license key. You find it on the Licenses tab of your purothemes.com dashboard. Ultra Premium and Puro Premium use an order number. You get it by email when you enter your PayPal email address on the Retrieve Order Numbers page.
Find a Polestar Premium License Key
- Log in to your dashboard with the email address you used at checkout.
- Click Licenses.
- Find Polestar Premium in the list and click the key icon in the Key column. The key shows in a field.
- Copy the key.
The same key is in your purchase email. The Manage Sites link next to it opens a page with the key and the sites where it is active. Enter the key at PluginsPolestar Premium. See Installing Polestar Premium.
If you cannot log in or the Licenses tab is empty, contact us with the email address you used to pay.
Find an Ultra Premium or Puro Premium Order Number
- Go to Retrieve Order Numbers.
- Enter the address you paid with in PayPal email address. It can differ from your usual email address.
- Click Email me my order numbers.
The email arrives from [email protected] with the subject [Puro] Your Premium Theme Orders. It can take a few minutes. Check your spam or promotions folder if it is not in your inbox. The email lists each order with its order number and a download link for the theme ZIP file.
The page shows Not found when it has no Puro Premium or Ultra Premium order for that address. Try any other address you may have used for PayPal. If that fails, contact us with your PayPal receipt.
Enter the Number
Go to AppearanceCustomizeTheme SettingsUltra Premium and enter the number in Order Number. In the Puro theme, the section is Puro Premium. To move a free theme to Premium, see Upgrading Puro Theme from Free to Premium.
