Managing Your Premium License

Manage your Polestar Premium license from your dashboard. It has invoices, activated sites, upgrades and renewals. Update errors are covered below.

Generate an Invoice

  1. Log in to your dashboard.
  2. Click Order History.
  3. Click View Invoice on the order.
  4. Click Update next to Invoice To:.
  5. Fill in your invoice details.
  6. Click Save Billing Details & Generate Invoice.
  7. Click Print or Download PDF.

Manage Your Activated Sites

The Licenses tab shows your license key and the sites where it is active.

  1. Log in to your dashboard.
  2. Click Licenses.
  3. Click Manage Sites on the license.
  4. To remove a site, click Deactivate Site. This frees a slot at once. The plugin keeps working on that site but stops receiving updates.
  5. To add a site, enter its full URL in the form and click Add Site.

Update Polestar Premium

Go to PluginsPolestar Premium and check that your license key is saved and active. New versions then appear at DashboardUpdates. Run the update like any other plugin update.

Fix the Download Failed: Unauthorized Error

This error means your license has expired or is not active on the site. It can happen when you activate the key on a temporary URL and later move the site to its final URL.

  1. Log in to your dashboard and click Licenses.
  2. Click Manage Sites on the license.
  3. Click Deactivate Site next to the old URL.
  4. Enter the new site URL and click Add Site.

If the license has expired, renew it first.

Upgrade Your License

Polestar Premium comes as a single site or multi site license. You can upgrade a single site license at any time and pay only the difference.

  1. Log in to your dashboard and click Licenses.
  2. Click View Upgrades on the license.
  3. Click Upgrade License next to the license you want.

Renew an Expired License

  1. Log in to your dashboard and click Licenses.
  2. Click Renew license next to the expiration date of the expired license.
  3. Complete the checkout.
