Breadcrumbs

Polestar shows a breadcrumb trail at the top of the content area when Breadcrumb NavXT, Yoast SEO or Rank Math is active. The theme has no breadcrumb setting of its own.

Breadcrumb NavXT

Install and activate Breadcrumb NavXT. The trail shows without further setup.

Yoast SEO

Install and activate Yoast SEO. Then check the breadcrumb setting.

1. Go to Yoast SEO→Settings→Advanced→Breadcrumbs.
2. Turn on Enable breadcrumbs for your theme. It is on by default.

Rank Math

Install and activate Rank Math SEO. Then turn on Enable breadcrumbs function at Rank Math SEO→General Settings→Breadcrumbs. It is on by default.

Header Overlap

Polestar hides the breadcrumb trail on pages that use the Header Overlap page setting. The trail would collide with the header. On those pages, add the trail with the Breadcrumb NavXT widget in Page Builder.
