Hi,
I purchased the Ultra Premium, and I’ve looked through apperance>customize but I can’t find the option to edit my top bar.

Thanks for reaching out.
Design level settings are at Customize > Theme Design > Top Bar:
There are two menu locations in the top bar, you can assign any of your custom menus to them from Appearance > Menus.
Top Bar text is available at Customize > Theme Settings > Site Text:
There are also navigation level settings that impact the top bar at Customize > Theme Settings > Navigation:

How do I add other elements such as social media icons to the top bar?
Social media icons can be added via the menu location: Top Bar Social Menu. Go to Appearance > Menus, create a new menu and assign it to the Top Bar Social Menu location. Add a custom link to the menu, an icon will be assigned according to the network URL added.
