I am trying to add a Sidebar to only one page of the website. I have changed the Page Layout to ‘Default’ for the sidebar to appear.
However, the sidebar hides behind the hero image (the row setting for this is full width). Is it possible to have the sidebar below the header (hero) image? I am using the Polestart theme.

Thanks, Andrew for the prompt reply.
I was looking at the demo for the polestar theme and noticed that the blog page is similar to what I am trying to build.
Is there a way we can replicate that?

Sure, please, see https://purothemes.com/documentation/polestar-wordpress-theme/blog-posts-slider/. Also see https://purothemes.com/view-jetpack-modules-one-list/ to deactivate all the Jetpack addons not required.
