Mobile site home page sidebar/dropdown menu not working

Hi there,

Menu doesn’t work in mobile site.

When clicking on the menu button located in the homepage nothing displays but if you go to any of the other pages of the site it does.
Tried to update but Themify asks me to login to do it, and can’t.
Tried deactivating all plugins but the problem persisted, so reactivated them.
Wondering if I need to add some CSS code.

Thanks. Themify is the author of this theme. Puro has a theme called Ultra too, they aren’t the same theme. Ideally, Themify need to assist, this isn’t our theme.

Most likely a plugin conflict is causing this. Here is how to find out which one:

No problem. Run the plugin conflict test I sent though, there are lots of JS errors in the console so a plugin is causing a problem.
