CypherParticipantGood day, whenever I load my website a different version of the front page is rendered, even though I had updated it prior to loading the page. So essentially, my website has the previous version of what I had done to it, i.e. if I had a disclaimer on the bottom bar when I updated the website content, it won’t show up when I load the home page unless I click on a different page such as the contact us page). I hope this explains my problem. I’m using the premium version of the Ultra theme. Thank you for your time 🙂

Andrew MisplonKeymasterHi Cypher
Thanks for your support 🙂
Are you running a caching plugin? If so, please, try clearing it. If you’re hosted with GoDaddy there is a clear cache link under the GoDaddy menu item in the top bar. If you’re using your own caching plugin the clear button will be somewhere in its settings.

Andrew MisplonKeymasterHi Rucha
Please, see: https://purothemes.com/documentation/ultra-theme/meta-slider/. A little way down that page is a video for the basic Meta Slider integration.
This is Cypher’s topic so if you have any follow-up questions, please, open a new support topic at the bottom of this page: https://purothemes.com/support/forum/ultra-theme/ and we’ll be happy to assist further 🙂
