We have tried many contact Form plugins from Jetpack form to Contact Form 7 and many more plugins for our contact us page but they are not working as they are not sending any emails when any visitor enter details on website.
We tried with plugin supported test email sending as they are working but when visitor enter form details then no email get in configured email.
Kindly look into this or suggest the best plugin for contact form which works well with Ultra Theme,

Please, can you run a quick test to isolate the problem. Temporarily switch over to a default theme like Twenty Fifteen and re-test. That’ll help us isolate where the challenge is. Let me know how the test turns out.

To confirm, switching to a default WordPress theme and re-testing the form problem will confirm whether we’re looking at a plugin issue or not.

Hi Yogesh, just a quick last point of feedback on forms. It’s also possible your chosen form plugin is conflicting with another plugin. So let me run through the entire troubleshooting process in one go:
1. Switch to Twenty Fifteen theme. Test form. If same error occurs then switch back to Ultra. Theme not a problem.
2. De-activate all plugins except form plugin. Test. If issue resolved then plugin conflict to blame.
3. If plugin conflict to blame, re-activate your plugins one by one, after each activation, test the form. When the form breaks you’ll know which plugin is conflicting.

There appears to be a problem with FS Contact Form. To test, I briefly switched themes from Ultra to Flat Bootstrap. The issue persists. To confirm, this isn’t a theme related challenge. The FS Contact Form fails to send regardless of the theme that is activated.

It does seem to specifically be a problem with FS Contact Form.

Let’s work one problem at a time. This one first.
To confirm, this challenge does not relate to Ultra, the same issue occurs with any other theme activated.
I’m happy to help out though.
The problem I face in testing is I can’t do a proper plugin conflict test because I don’t have access to the full plugin list. Meta Slider, Bootstrap Shortcodes, just two plugins among what I think is a greater list, that I don’t have access to. We need to do a complete plugin conflict test. All plugins in the multi-site installation except Jetpack, need to be de-activated. How can we set this up?
I’m happy to jump on Skype chat with you if you’d like to speed this up.
