    Hi Dan

    Thanks for your support. Sorry to hear you’ve had trouble on this point. Please, reach out if anything further comes up and I’ll do my best to assist quickly and save your time.

    On any page you can select Full Width – No Title from the Page Template drop down menu in the right column. That’ll remove the page heading and the entire content header from the source code, not just with CSS. Would this cover your needs or are you also looking to hide the content header on posts?

    I’m online 🙂

    I’ll need a little info:

    * How did this page look before?
    * Are revisions active? Click Screen Options and enable Revisions. Does it help to roll back?
    * What plugin did you install and then uninstall?
    * Was this page originally built using SiteOrigin Page Builder or the regular Visual/Text tabs?
    * Is there meant to be a sidebar present?

    Thanks

    Super 🙂 Glad to hear that did the trick.

    All the best.

    Here we go 🙂 Insert the below at Appearanc e> Custom CSS:

    /* Custom Page Builder Classes */

    @media (max-width: 1000px) {
      #main .custom-collapse .panel-grid-cell {
          float: none;
        	margin-bottom: 35px;
        	padding: 0;
          width: auto;
      }
      #main .custom-collapse .panel-grid-cell:last-of-type {
      	margin-bottom: 0;
      }
    }

    1. Edit any row you want this to work on, click Attributes top right and insert a CSS Row Class: custom-collapse.
    2. Adjust the 1000px value to your preferred collapse point.

    Hi Aivaras

    The global collapse point is at Settings > Page Builder > Layout. I’m sure I can work up a row specific Custom CSS rule for you. Please, send a link so I can view the page.

    Thanks 🙂

    For sure 🙂

    Would you like help recovering from this situation? If so:

    1. Download this program: https://sourcegear.com/diffmerge/
    2. Go to Appearance > Editor, copy the contents of style.css and paste into a text file. Name the text file and save on your desktop.
    3. Locate the original CSS file. It depends on the theme version you’re using. If it’s 1.0.2 this is the original: https://themes.svn.wordpress.org/ultra/1.0.2/style.css. You can browse the versions here if necessary.
    4. Create another text file with the contents of the original style.css file in it.

    Hopefully, you see where I’m heading with all this. You should now have two text files, one is the original style.css file the other your modified style.css file. Drop them into DiffMerge and carefully copy each rule that you’ve edited and insert the rule into Appearance > Custom CSS. Once complete, you’ll have made your CSS modifications update safe.

    We could also setup a child theme. In that case your CSS modifications would be moved to the style.css file in the child theme. You can download a starter child theme for Ultra here if you want to go that route.

    Let me know how you come along. I’ll be back online tomorrow. Cheers.

    Hi SP Sa

    Thanks for reaching out. Please, keep in mind that all WordPress themes completely overwrite their own folder during theme updates. Don’t make any edits via Appearance > Editor as they’ll be lost on theme update. Use a plugin like: https://wordpress.org/plugins/so-css/.

    With your Custom CSS plugin activated, go to Appearance > Custom CSS and insert:

    /* Form Fields */

    input[type="text"], input[type="email"], input[type="url"], input[type="tel"], input[type="number"], input[type="date"], input[type="password"], input[type="search"], select[multiple], textarea {
        background: #f6f6f7;
        border: 1px solid #eaeaeb;
        color: #acaeaf;
    }

    input[type="text"]:focus, input[type="email"]:focus, input[type="url"]:focus, input[type="password"]:focus, input[type="search"]:focus, textarea:focus {
        background: #fff;
        color: #5a5d60;
        outline-style: none;
    }

    Edit the color values as required. The second set are for the focus state, applicable when the user clicks in the form field.

    Hope that helps 🙂

    I think you’re using a child theme now, is that right? If so, add the following to your child theme functions.php file:

    /**
     * Unset webfonts.
     */
    function ultra_child_theme_setup() {
        siteorigin_webfonts_remove_font( 'Muli' );
        siteorigin_webfonts_remove_font( 'Lato' );
    }
    add_action( 'after_setup_theme', 'ultra_child_theme_setup', 40 );

    Hope that helps 🙂

    Hi Aivaras

    1. Unfortunately, not as far as I know. This is something I can suggest to Greg, the creator, but as far as I know this isn’t yet possible.

    2. Yes, I think we should be able to. Let me investigate and report back.

    Hi Aivaras

    We’ll need a child theme for this, please, find one here:

    https://purothemes.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/ultra-child-custom-logo-alt.zip

    Download to your desktop and install from Appearance > Themes > Add New: Upload Theme.
    Activating a child theme will cause menu location and Customizer settings to reset. This is expected.
    If you’re using Ultra Premium and have used a lot of the Customizer settings then this, unfortunately, a bit of work.

    Once activated go to Appearance > Editor > functions.php and locate:

    Insert new alt tag text here

    Replace that string with your new alt text. This is an intermediate task. Even the smallest mistake in functions.php can cause your site to white screen. In that event, login to your server via FTP and delete the Ultra child folder at /wp-content/themes/ it’s called “ultra-child”.

    If you’re already using a child theme, check out what I’ve done in functions.php of this child theme.

    Hope that helps 🙂
