    Hi Andrew,

No worries – I thought this may be the case, like you said the server my website is on may be getting over used!

I may look into a self hosted server as we can over-spec the server.

    Thanks again!

Thats ok – It must be hard trying to prove a theme as good as this one and still suite everyone’s needs!

The mega-menu content has also change around a little bit, do you think this is part of the same issue. The menu should look like the one on this site:

    Home

    Thanks again!

Wow – thanks for the quick reply!

The top menu (Which is a megamenu) is outside of the usual location, so the background is white and the whole page seems to have padding around it as there seems to be a white gap

I have highlighted in Yellow above the problems

No worries Andrew! I’m just grateful for any help you provide

Just following on from your suggestion above, what would removing the very top line, the trust line do?

    Cheers
    Tom

    Thanks Andrew!

For sure, if you think it’ll improve the site. How would I go about doing this?

I’ll get my finance team to buy another licence

    Thanks,
    Tom

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly and for the compliment!

I have made the changes and I recon it look better – what you think? http://www.woottonupper.co.uk/

This is the second site I am creating with the help of your theme. The first one was http://www.stemcollege.co.uk/ Which is live – What you think?

The second one (The Wootton Site) isn’t live yet, but only on a test domain I am using to create it on.

When I make this site live will I have to re-purchase the theme? Both schools are part of the same trust which I work for

    Thanks,
    Tom

Thanks Andrew, I have put the code in “Custom CSS” but no luck 🙁

    Is that the correct place?

Yep, there was an empty row with the meta slider reference.

Thanks for all the help and advise

    Hi Andrew,
No worries at all, I thought it may be very difficult to do using page builder. Thank you for looking 🙂
If we could eliminate the gap that would be great!

I thought the same thing, I’ve had a quick look at the code, but cant see any reference to any plugins, but it does look like they are using WordPress.
I have been looking everywhere online, but cant see any info on how it would be achieved. I’m surprised its not uses on more sites. Also been checking plugins.

It may just be one challenge too far for me! I managed to get a second “Smart Slider” to overlap using Div ID’s, but when viewed on a mobile it all screwed up. I can see in the code there is z-index references

you sir are my hero! I then made the menu bar slightly transparent to get the look I was after – http://www.kimberley-stemcollege.co.uk/

On a completely different note, which you may not be able to help with, but do you know how I would achieve this look: https://blackpoolsixth.ac.uk/
As in a Carousel overlapping the slider? I have been searching for ages. Would I have something to do with z-index?
