Ultra Child Theme Not Working..

HI,

I have installed your child theme. It seems what ever changes I made in the css file, it is not reflecting.
What could be the reason?

Thread migrated to email. Child theme is working correctly so the issue is most likely the CSS rules themselves and not the child theme.
