Hi!
Hope you are well Andrew.

I have recently run updates on plug-ins and my theme (Polestar), and I have this notification on my dashboard:

“This theme requires the following plugin: Support Ticket System By Phoeniixx.
Begin installing plugin | Dismiss this notice”

Please could you confirm if this is needed and recommended by you?

Good to hear from you.

The notice in question is not being delivered from Polestar. Perhaps try temporarily deactivating all plugins, is the notice removed? If so, you could try and reactivate your plugins one by one to find the plugin adding this.
