jquintiniParticipantHi,
I have been using Smart Slider without problems on the frontpage of my website. Nevertheless, I recently installed Polylang because I want to present certain information on a second language (the primary language of the site is Spanish and English is the secondary language). I have created the English version of the frontpage and I created a new Smart Slider (English) which should replace the original slider (Spanish). However, I can’t figure out how to configure the theme to show the English slider on the English frontpage and the Spanish slider on the Spanish frontpage. The theme lets me choose a Slider that appears on both versions of the frontpage.
Is thera a way to fix this? Thanks a lot!

Puro SupportKeymasterHi, thanks for posting your question.
Unfortunately, this is a limitation of the way the theme currently inserts the slider above the main container and sidebar. If you don’t have the sidebar displaying on the page in question, you could consider setting the slider to None and instead insert your slider using a Full Width Stretched row. This assumes you’re using a Page Builder plugin. If you are and the page in question doesn’t have a sidebar then this should be an easy fix.

jquintiniParticipantHi,
Thanks for your prompt reply. I tried to apply the solution you recommend and I was able to assign the correct slider to each page using the SmartSlider widget for SiteOrigin. However, there is some vertical space between the header and the slider. I wonder if it would be possible to show the slider directly under the header (just like the original layout of the theme).
Thanks again for your help!
Regards…

Puro SupportKeymasterThanks for the update, glad to hear you’re making progress.
Try editing the page in question, locate the Page Settings meta box in the right column and disable the Header Bottom Margin setting.

jquintiniParticipantHi again,
Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, activating or disabling the Header Bottom Margin option has no effect on the position of the Slider. The empty space continues to appear after changing this setting and updating and refreshing the page. Do you have any other possible solution?
Cheers…

Puro SupportKeymasterThanks. Try editing the page and change the Page Template from Page Builder Home to Default, then use Page Settings lower down in the right column to remove the sidebar.
