The Ultra theme notes that it’s mobile responsive theme, but our site is not. When I open our site, segrustgroup.com, on a phone I do not see the slider/header image, top navigation or the pullquote block formatting. Instead I have to scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on View Full Site. I have gone through the dashboard and theme settings in Appearance>Customize and cannot find a solution. I see the Mobile sticky header choice is unselected and that’s okay because I don’t need it to be sticky as users scroll. In Theme Settings>Layout, responsive layout is selected. Any insight that will fix this issue?
Hi, thanks for reaching out. If you head over to Jetpack > Settings and deactivate the Jetpack Mobile Theme, the site will load on mobile devices instead of the Jetpack theme.
Thanks! That worked. I saw that they deprecated Jetpack Mobile in March 2020, but nothing in their documentation said it had to be turned off.
