The Ultra theme notes that it’s mobile responsive theme, but our site is not. When I open our site, segrustgroup.com, on a phone I do not see the slider/header image, top navigation or the pullquote block formatting. Instead I have to scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on View Full Site. I have gone through the dashboard and theme settings in Appearance>Customize and cannot find a solution. I see the Mobile sticky header choice is unselected and that’s okay because I don’t need it to be sticky as users scroll. In Theme Settings>Layout, responsive layout is selected. Any insight that will fix this issue?
