Hello,
I am trying to add a Site Icon image, I uploaded the 512*512 logo. When I highlight it and then click on select nothing happen.
I am trying to change it from Customizer> Site Identity > Site Icon

I am using Chrome and tried IE and the issue was the same.

Hi Eidan

Thanks for posting.

I’m not immediately sure what the issue might be.

Try temporarily deactivating all plugins in one go. Try add the image again, does the issue persist?
If so, switch to a default theme, deactivate all plugins, try again.

If the issue is due to a conflict or a memory shortage, hopefully one of the above steps will resolve it long enough to add your icon.

I found out that I was missing php-gd. It worked fine after installing the package.
