The SimpleCart shopping cart has disappeared from the sidebar on multiple pages. I didn’t change anything!

Is the widget still present at Appearance > Widgets > Sidebar?

It says Sidebar “Displays on posts and pages that use the default template.”
Did you previously insert a widget from a third-party plugin (SimpleCart) into the Sidebar widget area? If so, is the widget you previously inserted still inserted? How did you get the cart to display originally?

I just pasted [show_wp_shopping_cart] into the sidebar and it works, but I don’t know why it stopped! There’s no standard widget for Shopping Cart.
Shortcodes can be inserted into a number or widgets such as a Text or SiteOrigin Editor Widget. I’m unfortunately, unsure why the widget moved, you can try checking the Inactive Widget area at the bottom of the Appearance > Widgets page. Glad to hear you’ve made progress.
