I’m currently working on building two different sites with the Ultra theme. The responsive action is happening on one of them exactly as it should. But the second one is acting like it’s not responsive at all. I’d rather not give the URLs in a public forum though. Any ideas?

In the site that’s presenting the problem, go to Appearance > Theme Settings and ensure that the Responsive Layout setting is enabled.
