Working on my wife’s website (psychotherapist) and want to add her phone number to the header; would also love to add a small stripe of color at the top of her site (see https://erindenise.com). Is there a way to do these two things within Polestar, or do I need to use a widget to replace the whole header? If a widget is needed, do you have one you recommend???

So you’re changing from Genesis to Polestar?
Polestar Premium plugin offers the possibility to replace the entire header with a widget area, you could then add an image widget, a menu widget, and a text widget.
There isn’t currently a top bar available in Polestar but we could do our best to assist within our premium support scope. It’s, unfortunately, more than we’re able to assist with within our free support scope. Once a top bar is added as a regular theme feature, we could, of course, lend a hand here on the forums.
I think I have paid for premium support, but didn’t realize there was method of contacting them other this forum. Resubmitted question to via https://purothemes.com/contact a few days ago but have not heard back. Is there a way to check if my request was received, is in process, or if I’m mistaken about my premium support?
