I tried to reduce the header height on http://admaticonsulting.com/, but I can’t seem to do it.
I see that it is 112 px high. How can I reduce the height to about 70?

The header height is a setting in Ultra Premium: https://purothemes.com/documentation/ultra-theme/customizer/theme-design/header/#heading-height-px. Ultra Premium is available for as little as $5 once off (recommended price $15).
