Receiving this error when attempting update to 1.1
Update Failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature.
This was the error I received the second time I attempted the update.
Unfortunately, I did not record the error I received the first time I attempted it but I think it was different.
Something about not being authorized.Hi Albert
Sorry for the hassle.
The most common cause of errors on update is the plugin license not being inserted and activated. Please, can you head over to Plugins > Polestar Premium and check to see if your license is saved there and that it’s activated.
