Hi Eros
Thanks for posting. Is this only happening when logged in? All seems ok on my side.
thanks for the quick reply. I logged out and I see the same problem. how to use google chrome browser.
It looks like you might be using a caching plugin, please, could you try clearing its cache. If possible, please, also check your site in Chrome’s incognito mode, that will show you an uncached version. If it helps, please, clear Chrome’s cache. I know clearing your browser’s cache is an inconvenience which is why I suggest the check first in incognito.
Here is how it looks in Chrome on my side:

hello, still I see the error also performing the cleaning of the cash of the browser and using anonymous surfing. I think it is an internal problem at this point. outside of our network it seems properly displayed.
thank you so much
Eros
Thanks for checking. Perhaps we can wait 12hours or so and check again? Perhaps there is some kind of network level caching that is happening?
it’s possible. i try tomorrow
thank you so much
Super, chat further then. Please, let me know how it goes, we can take things from there. Cheers 🙂
Good morning,
unfortunately still visualize the problem. on another site where I used the same theme and the same slider I have no problems (www.isisviluppo.it). I also tried from external networks and understood this drawback. can you help me?
thanks
regards
I see it! Firefox only. Let me investigate, one moment.
I can’t seem to recreate the issue using our Ultra demo or locally. Could we login and take a look? You can create a new user from Users > Add New:
Username: puro
Email: [email protected]
Role: Administrator
Enable the option to email the password.
Once we’re done you can delete the account. Thanks.
unfortunately the company policy will not let me. But I can give the test account on the area where we have the same problem.
you must configure your hosts file with the following parameters:
85.20.26.21 testwp.lextel.it
http://testwp.lextel.it/public/
account is created
thank you so much
regards
Hosts file ready. Staging site will be perfect. Thanks.

Thanks. The login form goes to a 403 forbidden error:

Any ideas how to resolve that?
