There is no user registered for [email protected] when I try to reset the password. When you click on Users in WordPress, do you see an account there for [email protected]? You can use [email protected] if that’s easier.

Possible reason: your host may have disabled the mail() function.There isn’t an active mail function on your server so I can’t retrieve a password. Please, go to Users and create a password, email it me on [email protected]. Thanks.
