I’m currently experiencing problems with the menu layout for my website on mobile and tablet based platforms where the menu used for the Desktop version is in both these platforms and I would like to scale it down to be approriate for the aforementioned platforms. I have the premium version of the Ultra theme installed on my website. –Cypher

Do you want to use the mobile menu for mobile/tablet? Or are you looking to keep the desktop menu for all devices? Sorry, almost with you on that point.

Sure. Go to Appearance > Theme Settings and ensure that Responsive Menu setting is enabled. 1024 would be a nice Responsive Menu Collapse value to use.
