Hi, thanks for reaching out.
I don’t have the plugin that is powering the shortcode you’re using so I can’t easily test this locally. If possible, please, try running a quick plugin test. Does the issue persist if you temporarily deactivate all plugins except for the plugin that is powering the shortcode?
