Comments are managed by the WordPress core so your comments settings will be the same no matter which theme you have activated. Hopefully, my help article on this isn’t outdated, please, take a look here: https://purothemes.com/documentation/general-wordpress/disable-comments/ and let me know how you come along.

There are 4 fields of able/disable comments which confused me!
The only field worked is in ‘Quick Edit’ in Pages.

You’ll also find the overall comments settings at
Settings > Discussion
