    Hello
My website’s header is not looking like it’s supposed to be in internet explorer.
Other browsers are ok, But internet explorer has issues. you can compare it with chrome.
    How is it possible?

    Hello Andrew
    IE 11.192.16299.0

I’ve tried other computers too, it makes same issue in different versions too.

I’m off for the night. I’ll grab a PC and take a look tomorrow.

Please, let me know which version of IE you’re testing on.

Additionally, in IE, press F12 to open the developer console. Somewhere in there is a setting that controls the rendering engine. I forget the label but you should see it. It might be called Compatibility Mode? Essentially, you can set a new version of IE to render as any of the past versions. Please, make sure your new version of IE isn’t set to render as IE 10 or 9 or similar old version. That’s something I’ve seen happen in the past so sharing in case it’s the case here.

Cool, thanks. Please, open the developer console and check that it isn’t rendering as an older version.

Also, head over to the demo and see if the issue persist there: https://demo.purothemes.com/polestar/.

I’ve checked, it’s not in safe mod and it renders version 11 by default…

Thank you so much Andrew, you are amazing. Is it css or php? My customers sometimes complain about “your chart is empty” error when they are shopping. Does this can cause that?

Sure 🙂 CSS. No, that’s something else. If you can try isolate when it happens, that would be helpful.
