Having Multiple Blogs in the Same Website?

Hi,

I’d like to know if there would be a way to have another (and independent) blog in the same site, i.e., having a common blog with different kind of categories, and another one (or something similar) with the courses this company offers, each course belonging to a category as well (same or different than the blog categories). So the courses page would have different categories to look into, different search, etc.
I guess Ultra Theme doesn’t contain this feature, so it won’t be possible at all… But just in case I can see some light on this. I’ve tried to use ‘WP Blog and Widget’ plugin with no luck.

Hi 🙂

If you have Page Builder by SiteOrigin installed you can insert the Post Loop widget. Select one of the blog templates and use the post query builder to construct the query for that blog. After clicking Build Posts Query in the Post Loop widget you can use the Taxonomies field to search for the categories you’d like to display.

Thanks a lot for your quick response. It’s not exactly what I was looking for, but it might work (I’m doing testing around that).
