Half Menu DropDowns are not working

All looks normal on our side in OS X Chrome. Could you perhaps let us know which menu items aren’t working?

Problem is still there.

Only About Us & Menu Item shows other menus.

After that when you click any menu item and try to hower any menu, it will not work on any browser.

Resolving Plugin Conflicts

We have configured our site as a multisite.

Core Site: yandg.in
Subsite: yandg.in/finance (Affected Site)

For Core Site all menus are working fine but for above mentioned subsite half menus are giving such problem.

Kindly look into this ASAP.

Plugins are activated on network level not sitewise.

Please, try running a plugin conflict test. The same test can be run for a multisite site setup as would be run for a single site setup. Temporarily deactivate all plugins. Test the menu. Does it restore? If so, reactivate your plugins one by one, run a test on the menu after each plugin activation. When the issue reappears you would have found the conflicting plugin or plugins.

We’ll be available again in eight hours and can offer further assistance then. The above suggestion is equally applicable for the Customizer challenge reported.

Done the same but still the error is there.. Said menus are not working.

Please, provide a temporary set of login details so we can investigate further. The drop down menus and Customizer are functioning correctly in our local and online Ultra demo sites. Both require JavaScript, this leads us to believe a JavaScript conflict is causing the problem.

Thanks for the login information. Please, recheck the issue on your side. It’s very strange but everything seems to be working ok for me.

Tried every browser but not working.
On Home page its working but if you menu items except about us, its not working after cliking any items except the ABout us.

Try Following steps:

Home Page – Click Investments – Demat & Trading

You will get an issue.

Thanks for your feedback. I think the problem is that the changes incorporated in your child theme are now in the parent theme. I’ve switched back to the parent theme. I’m hoping this will resolve the problem. There appears to be a level of caching in place that I can’t see. Even though I’ve switched back to the parent theme, the site is still loading the child theme. Are there any caching controls you can clear on your side?

Hi First …

Prblem was not for yandg.in but for finance.yandg.in so no changes required there in yandg.in they are required in finance.yandg.in as its multi site function.

No Cache Controls used there in.
