Thanks for posting, sorry we weren’t able to reply sooner. At the moment, it isn’t possible to display your featured image caption.
I came across this plugin now: https://en-za.wordpress.org/plugins/featured-image-caption/. I haven’t tested it yet but it’s perhaps something you can try.
