Something has gone wrong with the backed. I get
The backend is so messed up I cant upgrade the theme. how can I fix this?

If you can make it to your Plugins page, temporarily deactivate all plugins to see if you can find a working baseline.

OK, I logged in and renames all the plugin directories to plugin.disables and went to the plugin page. Theadmin interface is still messed up.
Can the theme be reinstalled manualy?
It can for sure; I doubt the theme is the issue though.
I’ve re-sent your order confirmation email. Download the theme ZIP to your desktop, unzip it and then drag the “ultra” folder to /wp-content/themes/ to overwrite the existing folder OR first delete the “ultra” folder before uploading.
If reinstalling doesn’t make a difference, try checking the console when logged into the admin. Errors will be in red text:
