supergregParticipantHi:
Thanks for the theme it works great; but I’m having a trouble with the favicon not showing on google chrome. It shows ok in every other web browser.
Thanks

Andrew MisplonKeymasterI’ve done some Googling and code inspection and don’t yet know what the issue is. Have you perhaps tried uploading the Favicon again? Perhaps rename and attempt to re-upload? Let me know, I’m sure we can find a way to get through this challenge.

supergregParticipantThanks, I try to re-upload now, but still didn’t show. I google it too, but I didn’t find a solution.

Andrew MisplonKeymasterCan you perhaps try the Puro favicon as a benchmark?

That’s one test we can run, to check if there is an unknown issue with the image.

supergregParticipantDone it, still same problem.

Andrew MisplonKeymasterThanks, we know the image isn’t the problem.
Have you tried a brief plugin conflict test to see if there is a working baseline to be found? If you temporarily deactivate all plugins, is there any change in Chrome? If you’re using a caching plugin or an optimization plugin, clear those before deactivation.

supergregParticipantThanks, I finally solve the problem. I deactivate all the plugins and after activate them again the favicon finally showed up (I’m not using a caching plugin btw).
