For existing posts, it’ll be the reverse of https://purothemes.com/documentation/general-wordpress/disable-comments/.

For new posts you can enable comments at Settings > Discussion: Allow people to submit comments on new posts.

Please, send a link to a post not displaying sharing icons and I’ll take a look.

I have comments enabled but can’t see a comment box anywhere

Have comments been enabled for this particular post? The global setting only impacts new posts.

I can’t see the post sharing buttons. Comments are enabled for every posts.

Actually, I can see them on Chrome but not on Firefox

I think the buttons problem is a Forefox plugin issue so don’t worry but I still can’t see the comments
