This screen shot is from the demo of the polestar theme. I would like my blog page to have exactly the same “organisation”, and I think I had a page already set up in the “prebuilt layout” options in wordpress when I first installed the theme.

Maybe my question should be : can I have access to pre-built pages similar to the ones we see in the demo of the Polestar theme ?

No problem.

The blog layout will automatically take effect if you go to Settings > Reading and assign a Posts Page. Make sure each post has a Featured Image added.

I am having the exact same issue! I have tried following the points above but no luck. Are there any instructions as to how to replicate the blog page, rather than the home page?

I can get the post slider set up but unable to show extracts of blog posts below…any thoughts?
