[Resolved] Not responsive

I bought the Ultra theme and installed it on my site. I’ve used lots of themes before. It seemed to be working correctlly but I discovered it is not responsive. The only stuff I’ve put in the website is unformatted text. But the theme simply doesn’t work.

I’d give you the URL but I’m now working with another theme. I’d appreciate it if you have any ideas as to why the theme just isn’t responsive. Other themes have worked properly in the past on this site, same configuration and versions of WordPress, etc.
