I have tried to reset my entire page, clear database, users and all stuff could find i my cpanel when i reinstall WP and download a new version of Polestar, the images (of the mountain etc) are gone. I have been trying with css but think I have removed all. In short, I want a new unaffected version of Polestar
all the best

Thanks for your post.
Please, send a link to your site so I can take a look. Please also let me know where you previously had an image inserted and how you inserted it.February 21, 2018 at 10:00 am #8827

I added an image with help from the origin css editor but I ran into problems so I tried to restart all from zero

Super, thanks for the link. As a premium user you’re also welcome to reach out via email on [email protected].
I can’t see SiteOrigin CSS in your source code but perhaps I’m missing it. Is the plugin activated?
Where did you want the image to be placed?February 21, 2018 at 10:57 am #8829
After I had installed a fresh WP with all new files, I hoped that The theme looked like the original. I would like to have an image (the mountain one) to replace with my own but now it looks like this: http://www.fotohogskolan.se
This site is not edited with anything, just the clean Polestar theme.February 21, 2018 at 1:40 pm #8837
Thanks for the update 🙂 It sounds like you’re looking to reproduce the Polestar demo home page. The home page is not bundled in the theme but I’d be more than happy to assist.
Here is the documentation to reproduce the home page: https://purothemes.com/documentation/polestar-wordpress-theme/polestar-demo-home-page/.
If those steps sound a bit too technical, no worries, please, send me an email on [email protected], we can exchange login details and I’ll assist directly in setting up the demo home page for you.
