Apologies for the problem you’re encountering. When testing in Chrome’s mobile emulator and on my iPhone 6s, I’m unable to replicate. I’m really keen to help you with the problem, I just need to find a way of seeing it first.
Here is how Chrome looks on the 6s:

So, I’am using iPhone 5s, and they have different resolution: iPhone 5s – 640×1136 pixels; iPhone 6s -750 x 1334 pixels.
Try to see it on the other device.
In OS X Chrome if I test using the iPhone 5 simulator and then change the page scale to 0.9 I can see the problem. If the page scale is 1.0 the problem doesn’t seem to persist.
1. Does the problem persist if you deactivate all plugins excluding those made by SiteOrigin?
2. Is the problem visible on all pages or just the home page?
3. Do you see the problem on the demo site http://demo.purothemes.comI appreciate your help and patience, I’m sure we’ll have this fixed soon.
Oh, Yeah! You was right! Plugin “AddToAny Share Buttons” make it. Now I changed the size of icons and it is working the best!
