We have a website in WIX ( http://www.JDEE1Tips.com) which is hosted by WIX and we are planning to migrate our website to WordPress.com.
We checked and found that your Ultra theme will be best one for us. However We are not able to use the theme in WordPress. Can you please help us with Installing the Ultra theme on WordPress.
Currently we will be testing in Domain JDEE1Tips.Wordpress.com , Once testing done we will migrate our domain from WIX to WordPress.

Thanks for reaching out. The easiest way to install is from Appearance > Themes > Add New in WordPress. Use the search field in the top right corner to search for Ultra, install and activate.

We tried to add the them but we don’t have option “Add New”. We are new to WordPress , your help will be much appreciated !
Note : Only we have Option to Select the theme which are available.

Andrew Misplon Puro Aug 22, 2016 · 4:11 pm #4495 No problem 🙂 You’d need to look into your hosting setup then. Is there something different about the way your hosting is organised/setup? Are you using a site in a multi-site install where you don’t have control over the themes installed? There could be a few reasons, chatting to your hosts might be the best place to start.

We Just added the New Site in WordPress ( http://www.JDEE1Tips.wordpress.com) and Our Production is still ( http://www.JDEE1Tips.com) is up and running in WIX.
We have one doubt here ,
Weather Puro theme can be only installed in WordPress , if we host the server separably not in Word Press. because WordPress is allowing its own theme only.

Andrew Misplon Puro Aug 22, 2016 · 5:14 pm #4499 It’s up to you. Our themes only work in WordPress and only in the self-hosted version. If you want to go the self-hosted WordPress route you need a hosting package with a host like Bluehost or GoDaddy. Lots of choices, if you decide you want to self-host WordPress you’ll need to buy a hosting package and point your domain to that package.
