Andrew MisplonKeymasterHi JDEE1Tips
Thanks for reaching out. The easiest way to install is from
Appearance > Themes > Add New
in WordPress. Use the search field in the top right corner to search forUltra
, install and activate.August 22, 2016 at 4:09 pm #4494
JDEE1TipsParticipantHi Andrew,

Andrew MisplonKeymasterNo problem 🙂 You’d need to look into your hosting setup then. Is there something different about the way your hosting is organised/setup? Are you using a site in a multi-site install where you don’t have control over the themes installed? There could be a few reasons, chatting to your hosts might be the best place to start.

JDEE1TipsParticipantThank Andrew ?
We Just added the New Site in WordPress ( http://www.JDEE1Tips.wordpress.com) and Our Production is still ( http://www.JDEE1Tips.com) is up and running in WIX.
We have one doubt here ,
Weather Puro theme can be only installed in WordPress , if we host the server separably not in Word Press. because WordPress is allowing its own theme only.
Best Regards

Andrew MisplonKeymasterThanks for the update, I’m following now. Puro themes are currently only available on WordPress.org which is the self-hosted version. Our themes currently aren’t available on WordPress.com which is the hosted version.

JDEE1TipsParticipantGreat Andrew,
So what we should do ? We need to host our domain by Own Or whether we can use the domain which is hosted by WIX ? Or WordPress will support us for hosting the domain ?

Andrew MisplonKeymasterIt’s up to you. Our themes only work in WordPress and only in the self-hosted version. If you want to go the self-hosted WordPress route you need a hosting package with a host like Bluehost or GoDaddy. Lots of choices, if you decide you want to self-host WordPress you’ll need to buy a hosting package and point your domain to that package.
