Sure 🙂 You use the Bottom Bar menu location (add a menu from Appearance > Menus to the bottom bar social location) OR you can insert text and links in the Copyright field.
Appearance > Customize > Theme Settings > Footer. You can add a link using HTML:

You could purchase a new single site license for a price you’d like to pay or you could upgrade to an unlimited multi-site license which costs $50. If you’d like to use this option, you’re welcome to deduct the amount you paid for your previous license. Upgrading is possible from the theme page.
