Terms of Purchase

These are the terms for buying premium Puro themes. Puro is run by Andrew Misplon, Lagos, Portugal. For any question, email [email protected].

What You Buy

• Polestar Premium: $25 a year for 1 site, or $50 a year for unlimited sites. Your license gives you updates and email support for 1 year.
• Ultra Premium and Puro Premium: pay what you want, from $5. You pay once.

PayPal processes every payment. Prices are in US dollars.

Renewals

A Polestar Premium license does not renew automatically. Before it expires, we email you a renewal link with 50% off. If you do not renew, Polestar Premium keeps working on your site. Updates and email support stop at the end of the year.

Licensing

All Puro themes and plugins, free and premium, are licensed under the GNU General Public License. You can use them without restriction.

Updates and email support need an active license on the site. Local development sites do not count toward your site limit. You can move a license from one site to another at any time. If your staging site does not count as a local site, email [email protected] and we will sort it out.

Refunds

If a premium theme is not right for you, ask for a refund within 60 days of purchase. We refund the full price you paid. Email [email protected] with your order number.

Support

Free support is on our support forum and the WordPress.org support forums. With a premium license, you can choose email support at [email protected] or priority support on our forum.

For Ultra Premium and Puro Premium, which are pay what you want, support is prioritized in the queue by purchase price.

Our Responsibility

Our software is provided as is. We work to keep it reliable and fix the problems you report, but we do not promise that it is free of errors. Keep backups of your site. As far as the law allows, our responsibility for any loss is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

Changes

New terms apply to purchases and renewals after the date below.
