I upgraded to Premium so I could use the full customizer option, but it won’t even take me to the page.
Instead I continually receive this message:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method WP_Customize_Manager::add_panel() in /home/content/92/9566392/html/wp-content/themes/ultra/premium/extras/customizer/customizer.php on line 465

Really sorry to hear about this, it’s very unusual. We’re at GMT +2 so unfortunately offline for the evening. To resolve this challenge as quickly as possible please, can you do the following:
Email [email protected] and send the following:
* FTP username and passer if you have it.
* WordPress admin login name and password
To keep thing secure you can head over to Users and create a new admin account which you can delete once we’re done. I can run you through troubleshooting steps but the above details would let me climb in tomorrow with full steam.

That should have been FTP username and password, apologies, typing on my phone. The reason these details are useful when troubleshooting a problem is that they allow us to recover from a fatal error should one ever occur. Thanks. Andrew
Thanks for your understanding, it’s most appreciated. By default the theme doesn’t have any warnings or fatal errors, something else has occurred and I’ll definitely resolve it. I’ll go head with an initial look tomorrow morning. If it won’t put you out too much to ask for the FTP details then that would be nice to have. They could also be required at a later stage should you need to access any files directly. Chat further in the morning.
