Andrew MisplonKeymasterHi Nick
Thanks for reaching out. Is Virgin Media Internet your Internet Service Provider (ISP)? Are you saying that your site is loading differently based on the ISP used to access it?

Andrew MisplonKeymasterThanks for the clarification. No ideas come to mind. Please, send a link to the page concerned or just the home page if the problem is sitewide. You can set the reply as private below.

Andrew MisplonKeymasterAll works normally for me. There are no JavaScript errors on the home page which is what I wanted to check. Does the issue persist if you switch to another theme just temporarily?

Andrew MisplonKeymasterThe issue in the screenshot is the theme’s stylesheet is being loaded. Can you please, clear your computer’s browser cache and confirm the problem still persists? If it does, please, check for console errors:

If console errors are present, let me know what they are.

Andrew MisplonKeymasterThanks, Nick. I replied via email. I don’t think this is theme related. My suggestion would be to search the error you’re seeing in the Console. Here is one post I found discussing it: http://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Security-matters/Website-blocked-with-Malware-warning-but-is-clean/td-p/2300253. Here
