Theme Customize option isn’t loading, only progress circle is rotating.

There is a good chance this is related to the menu issue you’re experiencing. Both the Customizer and the Ultra menu are dependent on JavaScript. Most times the Customizer doesn’t load a plugin conflict is behind the problem.
