i want speed up my homepage. I have 3 ccs files and 18 JS – many of which i want to switch off. I found:
/wp-content/themes/ultra/js/jquery.flexslider.min.js and /wp-includes/js/jquery/ui/slider.min.js – can i dissable it?

Sure. I’ll create a child theme for you tomorrow to remove the Ultra FlexSlider file.
The second file you mentioned isn’t in the theme it’s in the core. Most likely it’s required as a dependency of a plugin that’s in use.

If you aren’t already using a child theme then you can download the ZIP and install from Appearance > Themes > Add New: Activate.
When activating a child theme it’s normal for menu location and Customizer > Theme Design settings to reset. Unfortunately, they’ll need to be reapplied.
The child theme will dequeue the ultra/js/flexslider.min.js file.
