kassieParticipantHi,
When someone else opened the website on their laptop, the menu pages didn’t show. Instead, all he saw were the three lines on the top right corner of the screen. (As you would on a mobile device)
He also mentioned that sometimes he would see the normal desktop page menu but sometimes it would revert back to the three lines.
Is there a reason why it is doing that on a laptop? Please help! Thanks!

Andrew MisplonKeymasterHi kassie
It’ll depend on the Mobile Menu Collapse value you have set at Appearance > Theme Settings. If you send a link to the site, I can confirm. There is a Private Reply checkbox below the comment field if you want to keep the URL private.

Andrew MisplonKeymasterThanks. I think you have the menu collapse set to the perfect value. The user might be seeing the mobile menu because they’re using a low-resolution display. You could try changing the collapse point to say 900 and then check to see if the user is happy with the result.
