dasfeederParticipantHi!
I’m wondering if anyone know why my post page shows no posts at all, but my other themes shows all posts with no problem.
How can I troubleshoot this?
Cheers!

Andrew MisplonKeymasterHi dasfeeder
Sorry to hear about the hassle. Could we take a look? If so, go to
Users > Add New
and create a temporary Administrator account:Email: [email protected]
Thanks

dasfeederParticipantHello!
The page is here: http:// caresilabs “dot” com/blog/
I’ve set the “Posts page” in Settings/Reading to exactly that page. And if I switch to any other theme my posts will show up there.
Enabling the debug=true in wp-config shows nothing. Is there anything I can do myself before we try your suggestion?
Thanks in advance!

Andrew MisplonKeymasterThanks for the info. I’m a little stumped. All looks normal besides the missing content. The page body is getting a class of
blog
like it should. On the off change, a plugin isn’t interacting well with Ultra I might try temporarily deactivating all plugins at once and see if that changes anything. After that, perhaps consider letting us take a look. We usually suggest creating a new account so you can delete it once we’re done. That way no permanent access details are shared.

dasfeederParticipantThanks for the tip but I disabled ALL plugins and it didn’t help.
What I can tell is that post page worked like a charm yesterday but now it doesn’t. I uninstalled the Theme and installed it again and it didn’t help either. Does Ultra save something in the db? If yes what? Maybe I can clean that data?
Cheers!

Andrew MisplonKeymasterSure, we can definitely try. All themes save theme mods from settings and or the Customizer in a table. We can clear that table.
1. Download and install: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/.
2. Go toTools > Database Reset
, select theOptions
table. Enter the security code and reset. - AuthorPosts
