ElenaB77 Oct 26, 2023 · 12:29 pm #17550 Hello,
I hope this is not a repetitive question… 🙂
My question is about the Polestar menu, in my case it is very long and it is not responsive on iPad screen (vertical position), as you can see here: https://imgur.com/a/x5v7en6
Is there a way to fix it in a single row or to show the hamburger menu, in small screens?
Thanks a lot in advance!
Kind Regards,
Elena
Andrew Misplon Puro Oct 26, 2023 · 1:49 pm #17551 Hi, you can increase the mobile menu breakpoint in the Navigation settings section.
ElenaB77 Nov 8, 2023 · 10:16 am #17561 Hello Andrew,
thanks a lot for you answer! I saw it today morning…
…Unfortunately, I can’t find the mobile menu breakpoint on Navigation setting section (please, take a look here: https://imgur.com/a/SBuhNL4), or where I can insert the breakpoint value.
Maybe is it a Pro feature?
Thanks again!
Regards,
Elena
Andrew Misplon Puro Nov 10, 2023 · 12:39 pm #17565 Hi, thanks for your reply.
It’s a Polestar Premium setting. Unfortunately, at the moment, I don’t have an easy fix without the breakpoint setting. As far as I can see, Max Mega Menu has a breakpoint option. One option is to switch the menu to a Max Mega Menu: https://wordpress.org/plugins/megamenu/.
ElenaB77 Nov 10, 2023 · 3:38 pm #17566 Hi Andrew,
Thanks a lot for your answer!
I’ve previously used Max Mega Menu, I’ve deactivated it because I just didn’t need a mega menu anymore… !
That’s why I have this issue now.
Again, thanks a lot for your support!
Have a nice weekend,
Regards,
Elena

Thanks for your reply.
Max Mega Menu is suitable for simple as well as complex menus. Custom CSS solutions could help the tablet menu without changing the mobile menu breakpoint. Within the free support scope, unfortunately, I don’t have any other suggestions at the moment.
