yeldraemParticipantHi,
The main menu did drop down and now it doesn’t. The dropdown in the top nav still works but not the main.
I switched the menus between the 2 locations. Top nav still works main does not.
What have I done??
Thx..

vumaxParticipantI have the same problem. But only with the Firefox-Browser. It works on IE, Opera and Chrome.

Andrew MisplonKeymasterHi vumax
Your site seems ok for me in Firefox, can you perhaps refresh Firefox a few times and see if there is any change. File extensions do have a query at the end to try bust browser cache for updates but this might not work all of the time.
@yeldraem, I can see the problem, I’m working on it right now. Will update as soon as I know more, shortly….August 25, 2016 at 1:10 pm #4562
Andrew MisplonKeymasterHi vumax
Your problem is a little different to yeldraem. I’m working hard right now to resolve this. So sorry for the hassle, I’ll revert with a solution ASAP.

yeldraemParticipantHi Andrew,
I saw vumax response and decided to try the other browsers. Same in all 3 , no drop-down in main nav , drop-down is fine in top nav.
Here is the website in case you didn’t get it last night from my phone.

Thx.. for your help
It was working fine a few days ago so I am sure I did something wrong…

Andrew MisplonKeymasterApologies yeldraem, we’re working the problem right now. The problem everyone is experiencing is isolated to Firefox. Drop-down menus appear but aren’t clickable.
The issue on your site is different, there appear to be files missing. Can you perhaps, try re-installing Ultra. This involves switching to any other theme, deleting Ultra and then reinstalling from Appearance > Themes > Add New, use the search top right, search for Ultra, install and activate.

Andrew MisplonKeymasterWe’ve located the issue, a few JavaScript functions need to be changed. The issue arose as we introduced new JavaScript for the mobile menu sub-menu toggle function. We’ll hopefully, push the fix this evening GMT+2. Thanks for the wait.

Andrew MisplonKeymaster@yeldraem, let me know how the steps go that I sent earlier, thanks.

yeldraemParticipantSwitched themes and deleted Ultra. Then uploaded installed and activated. Still no main nav drop down.
So I tried it 3 more times. Each time with a different theme and the drop downs are there. Delete Ultra each time and re install it. Still no dropdowns in Ultra.
What next?
August 25, 2016 at 5:19 pm #4623
Andrew MisplonKeymasterSwitching themes is just so you can delete and re-install Ultra, there isn’t any other purpose for that step.
