Andrew MisplonKeymasterHi, thanks for reaching out.
Please, send a link to a page concerned and let me know which section to inspect. I’ll take a look and advise from there.

Andrew MisplonKeymasterThanks for the update. I don’t currently own a copy of Visual Composer to test with. Please, change the row to use a background colour instead of a background image and let me know when that’s done. I’ll take a look and assist from there.

Andrew MisplonKeymasterThanks for your reply.
If you’d prefer to reply privately, it would be better to switch over to email. You can reach me at [email protected]. The private reply function on the forum is great for passwords but isn’t ideal for normal replies as the topic is publically readable.
If a button in Visual Composer isn’t changing, there is most likely a JavaScript error on the page. Does the issue persist if you temporarily deactivate all plugins except for Visual Composer?

Andrew MisplonKeymasterWhen the button issue occurs, if you’d prefer to check for errors directly, you can do so using the browser console. Here is how https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis. If errors are present they’ll be in red text. The error file path is visible on the right when hovering over the file name.
