[Resolved] Home page elements

Thanks for posting. Ultra is a normal theme with support for a few plugins. To edit the home page content, please, head over to Plugins and install the following supporting plugins. These plugins are all theme independent so you can continue using them and your content even if you switch themes.

Go to Plugins > Add New and use the top right search bar to search for:

Page Builder by SiteOrigin
SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle

Install and activate both and then go to Appearance > Home Page. A widget will still show as missing but at this stage, you can delete it and instead insert the SiteOrigin Editor widget which is a bit newer.

The specific circle icons you’ve mentioned are called SiteOrigin Features widgets.

Page Builder will also be available on any page by clicking the Page Builder tab next to Visual and Text.

Can I use them as links for item pages?

Sure, when you edit the Features widget you can edit the More URL within the widget and insert any link you’d like there.
